Delivery / Refund / Return Policy

DELIVERY - PICK UP

1. DELIVERY

Delivery service is only available for eligible local addresses within Singapore. Hotels and locations with restricted access will not be eligible. RICMAS reserves the right to decline delivery service to any address that are deemed ineligible by us. 
Delivery for purchases of SGD 120.00 and above is complimentary otherwise, a delivery charge of SGD 30.00 applies. 
Delivery will take place within 2-4 working days after an order is accepted. There will be no delivery service on Weekends and Public Holidays. 
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a recipient is present to receive the goods and to acknowledge on RICMAS' Delivery Order (DO) during the specified time slot which was agreed upon. Delivery fee at the prevailing rate is chargeable for each additional delivery trip.

2. PICK UP (SELF-COLLECT)

If you selected 'self-collect' during check-out, your Order will be ready for Pick-up within 2 hours after your completed your Order.  Collection of Orders is only during office hours. Customer will need to advice Order Number (WOxxxx) and/or a the Email, Mobile Number to facilitate the Pick-up. Pick-up is only available at the RICMAS Store. The full address is as follows:

For goods not picked up within 30 days from date of purchase, RICMAS will try to contact the Customer within their means. If the goods still remain uncollected, the ownership of the goods shall be returned to RICMAS. There will be no refund for such goods.

 

REFUND - RETURN POLOCY


1. REFUND

It is the Customer’s obligation to check all the Items, as well as the Amount,  before making Payment. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable nor refundable. However, we will try our best to accommodate those exceptional Cases. 
An application for an Refund will only be accepted within 30 days from the Date of Purchase. Application after the 30 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for an Refund, Goods must be unused, in its original Condition & Packaging, and in a 'sellable condition'. Once the original Packaging Seals are broken, they will not be eligible.

They following Items are exempted from any Refund:

  • Perishable goods like Coffee Beans, Choc Powder
  • Gift Cards
  • Shipping Cost


For a Refund, the Customer must bring the goods and proof of Purchase to  RICMAS. The full address is as follows:

Once goods are received and inspected, RICMAS shall process the Refund in Form of a non-expiring Gift Card which can be used on our Web Shop only.

2. EXCHANGE

If a Customer realizes during or after Delivery of Goods, that one or all Items are not what the Customer expected it to be, the Customer can always apply for an Exchange of Goods.

They following Items are exempted from any Exchange:

  • Perishable goods like Coffee Beans, Choc Powder
  • Gift Cards
  • Shipping Cost

Exchange of Goods is only entertained at our Office and executed upon  Checking of the Conditions of the Goods. If the Value of the exchanged Goods is higher than the Customer previously paid for, the Customer has to top-up the Difference before taking the Goods.
If the Value of the exchanged Goods is lower than previously paid, a non-expiring Gift Card will be issued for the Difference.
In Order to facilitate the Exchange, the Customer must know the Web Order Number and/or the Email or the Mobile Number the Order was placed with.
