It is the Customer’s obligation to check all the Items, as well as the Amount, before making Payment. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable nor refundable. However, we will try our best to accommodate those exceptional Cases.
An application for an Refund will only be accepted within 30 days from the Date of Purchase. Application after the 30 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for an Refund, Goods must be unused, in its original Condition & Packaging, and in a 'sellable condition'. Once the original Packaging Seals are broken, they will not be eligible.

Once goods are received and inspected, RICMAS shall process the Refund in Form of a non-expiring Gift Card which can be used on our Web Shop only.
At the Company full discretion, we shall consider a Refund to the Credit Card where Payment has been made from. However, such a Refund will be deducted with a Service Fee of 6%.
If a Customer realizes during or after Delivery of Goods, that one or all Items are not what the Customer expected it to be, the Customer can always apply for an Exchange of Goods.
They following Items are exempted from any Exchange:
Exchange of Goods is only entertained at our Office and executed upon Checking of the Conditions of the Goods. If the Value of the exchanged Goods is higher than the Customer previously paid for, the Customer has to top-up the Difference before taking the Goods.
If the Value of the exchanged Goods is lower than previously paid, a non-expiring Gift Card will be issued for the Difference.
In Order to facilitate the Exchange, the Customer must know the Web Order Number and/or the Email or the Mobile Number the Order was placed with.
